Recruitment
I will be guiding you through the entire regulatory onboarding and mandatory training requirements to become a licensed and competent Financial Services Consultant. You will be gaining industry exposure through shared experiences and best practices with a team of salespersons. We want everyone to succeed regardless of profile and background.
Sales Training
In order to be prepared for various challenges, I will be training you rigorously with strategic partnerships and initiatives that have produced consistent results for the agency.
